Raw Chocolate cheesecake Dairy & Gluten free!
Things you will need.
High powered blender
mason jar for Macadamia nuts
silicone cake mould would be ideal
and a freezer.
6 tb of Raw Cocoa powder
2 tb of Cocoa Nibs
1 ounce of Cocoa butter
1 tb of Raw dark brown cane sugar
2 cups soaked macadamia nuts
Half a pint or 250ml of soy milk.
The process of making this awesome cheesecake is quite simple, first you will need to dice up 1 ounce of cacoa butter then place it in an empty blender. drain out your soaked macadamia nuts witch should have been soaked for over 10 hours and then also place within your blender.
Dice up, peal & de-pit your 3 bananas, 3 dates and 1 avocado then also place within your blender,
now add 1level tb of your dark brown cane sugar after which pouring your half a cup of organic soy milk to the mix.
Mix into your blender until thick and creamy then sprinkle 2 tb of cocoa nibs into the bottom of your cake mold after which pooring the mixture of chocolate into the mould to then be placed into your freezer for up to 3 to 4 hours.
Now I personaly use a silicone cake mould in order to effectively release the cake once its been chilled in my freezer for 3-4 hours, but what ever you've got may also work depending on the reliability of the mould you commonly like to use.
You can add a couple of shaved apples including the raw coacoa chocolate powder blended within a food processore to create the sweet chocolaty sauce if needed :).
