Service Description

When we're mentioning shadows in the spiritual community, what we're referring to are lost and or fragmented parts of our psyche. Have you ever felt like more than one person or that you personality regressing into former personalities given certain circumstances? Perhaps you feel slightly bipolar and or schizophrenic, these can be signs of a fragmented mind. Trauma can also fragment the mind, having us experience severe PTSD as well as what's commonly known during the war as shell shock. In this service we'll work toward integrating with your former selves with meditation and conversational hypnosis. I'll also teach you the methods for which for you to use at home.
