Cancellation Policy

Please read the following policies: 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling: All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. Cancellations within that window may not be refunded. You may reschedule without penalty if done so before the 72-hour mark. Late reschedule requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. 2. Late Bookings: Bookings can be made at least 24 hours before the session start time. While last-minute bookings may be accepted by the system, sessions booked within 24 hours are not guaranteed and may be subject to rescheduling. If you book within this window, please be prepared for a possible time adjustment. I’ll reach out if rescheduling is necessary. 3. No-Shows: If you do not attend your session and provide no notice, it is considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. 4. Payments & Refunds: Full payment is due at booking. Refunds are only granted if the cancellation is made 72+ hours in advance. No refunds for late cancellations, no-shows, or timezone mistakes. 5. Punctuality & Session Start Times: Sessions typically start on time, but a short grace period is built in. If you're a few minutes late, you’ll still receive your full session time, provided it doesn't affect the next booking. Chronic lateness may result in shorter sessions or cancellation without refund. 6. Client Responsibility: You’re responsible for ensuring your tech setup (internet, audio/video, and app access) is working before the session begins. A room link will be provided to you after booking. 7. Emergencies: In true emergencies, Ryan may reschedule at his discretion. Please communicate promptly. 8. Disclaimer: Ryan James Cropper is not a licensed psychologist or medical professional. His sessions are grounded in years of independent study in psychology, human behavior, and spiritual development. While deeply transformative for many, including licensed professionals, these sessions are not a substitute for mental health care or medical treatment. 9. Confidentiality: All sessions are private. Information shared will never be disclosed unless legally required or with your consent. 10. Age Requirement: You must be 18+ to book a session. Minors require written guardian consent and may need a guardian present. 11. Recordings: Sessions may be recorded only with your consent. You’ll receive a private link to the recording afterward. These are for personal use only and may not be shared or posted without Ryan’s written permission.
